Our Story
was born from a simple observation: the most useful thinking doesn't happen when everyone agrees. It happens in the gap between two people who see the same thing differently.
The Philosophy
Every decision, disagreement, frustration, and opportunity can look completely different depending on where you're standing when you look at it.
Most of us spend our lives surrounded by people who see things the way we do. Same generation. Same industry. Same life experiences. And we wonder why we keep running into the same blind spots.
exists to fix that. Not by telling you what to think — but by showing you what you might be missing when you only have one perspective in the room.
The name says it all. Life isn't always either/or. Sometimes the answer is AND. Sometimes it's OR. And sometimes the most important thing is just being willing to sit with both long enough to find out.
How It Started
Naomi and Brad had been having the same kind of conversation for years — the kind where two people look at the same situation and see completely different things. Not because one of them was wrong. Because they were both right about different parts of it.
They started noticing a pattern: the most useful insights didn't come from one person having the answer. They came from the friction between two people who genuinely saw things differently. That gap — that space — was where the real thinking happened.
They decided to stop having these conversations in private and start having them in public. Not as a debate. Not as a self-help show. As an honest, unscripted exploration of the questions that actually matter — the ones about life, leadership, relationships, and the decisions that shape who we become.
What started as two people talking has grown into a community of listeners who come to not for answers, but for perspective. New guests are joining the conversation. New topics are being explored. And the core belief hasn't changed: different views lead to better moves.
What We Believe
01
doesn't exist to tell you what to think. It exists to show you what you might be missing. Every episode is an invitation to look at something familiar from an angle you haven't tried yet.
02
Disagreement isn't a problem to solve — it's a signal to follow. The tension between two perspectives is exactly where the most interesting thinking happens.
03
No scripts. No talking points. Naomi and Brad bring their actual experiences, actual disagreements, and actual uncertainty to every conversation — because that's the only kind worth having.
04
The goal isn't to be right. The goal is to be more informed, more empathetic, and more capable of making decisions you can stand behind — whatever they turn out to be.
Why?
The name comes from the moment in every conversation when you realize the question isn't "which one is right?" — it's "what are we both missing?"
is that space. The place where two perspectives meet, push back against each other, and — if you're paying attention — reveal something neither one could see alone.
Different Views.
Better Moves.
